• • Assembly: Place the four-blade attachment onto the center pin inside the bowl.
  • Loading: Add your ingredients (meat, vegetables, nuts, or herbs). Do not overfill past the maximum line, usually around 3 liters.
  • Operation: Secure the transparent lid, then place the motor unit on top. Use the buttons on the handle to select from 2 or 3 speeds (high/low).
  • Safety: Most models feature an automatic shut-off or safety lock to prevent the blades from spinning unless the motor is properly seated.

Note: To prevent the motor from overheating, it is recommended to use short “pulses” (pressing for 5-10 seconds at a time) rather than holding the button down continuously for long periods.
